Using Constant Contact and Reverb Nation together

I use Constant Contact for my email list and I do not wan to change. I enjoy using RN but I MUST be able to insert something on my RN page so that someone can sign up to my Constant Contact list.

I believe that RN does not support me putting HTML code. If this is the case, how can I achieve what I need to accomplish?
