Hello, I'm having trouble with fanreach, I cannot send messages with fanreach to my myspace friends. I'm able to send the message to my fanreach contacts but after I sent it, there's "Unable to send Message via Myspace." written on the display.
Can you help me?

I just noticed that in the "schedule and send" section, in the message preview (there are four previews html version, html no images, myspace preview, text version), when I click on "myspace preview", there is "Unable to preview Myspace Message.".

I have gone into the FanReach preview after adding the Myspace fans and I am not seeing the "Unable to preview Myspace Message" you're receiving. Can you try sending the email out again to see if you're still running into this issue? Thanks!- view 1 more comment

I just sent an e-mail to support about this same problem. There seems to be daily issues with this site. It affects my ratings and my fans see this. Not very good for me to have this kind of issue on a site. Seems to be going on for a long time with no resolution. Time to rethink if this is a good place to be

This may help, just tried sending another test mail to myspace (being very careful not to actually spam my current mailing list)...
Apparently RN was blacklisted 2 and half hours ago (around 7:30 GMT).
It's not my fault cos I was in the shower at the time! :P -

Thanks for letting me know. I am going to let our developers know as well. We are experiencing a few different issues related to Myspace at the moment and are in contact with them. I should have new updates for you guys soon. Thanks for your patience and cooperation.

[Sync to Myspace] so i click on sync, i get synced , told in pop up you are now synced send your emails to myspace friends click on box to send to myspace friends the sync box comes up again and agAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN ETC. I have asked for this problem to be resolved now for a month i pay for thisd very service and it does not work please advise when i can use all of the features i.e. send an invitation to my myspace friends I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING AS STATED BY YOURSELVES THIS IS MOST FRUSTRATION ANMD WHAT IS MORE FRUSTRATING IS BEING IGNORED BY THE PEOPLE ON REVERBNATION THAT I HAVE PREVIOUSLY ADVISED THAT THIS PROBLEM EXISTS...Please please please advise and respond with a solution to your problem so that i can have my value for money. -

Hi there, we tried as well to send an email through FanReach to all MySpace contacts, but so far without results and yes the accounts are synched already....enfn we hope you can get it to work and thank you for that!

Just want to be clear. Are you saying that you are now able to send internal messages with FanReach to your Myspace? Are you not receiving the 'Unable to send Message via Myspace' error message?
Also know that you can only send these messages once every 24 hours. -

YES!! As we got replies from fans and so we found out it did went through. And btw we didn't get that "Unable to send Message via Myspace" but saw at Email History at FanReach it didn't sent the email, but we found out now how it works.
Oh we won't send messages every 24 hours, just when news is to tell, we don't like spamming either.

we tried to sent it last week and checked both boxes at once, for the contacts in FanReach and Myspace and that didn't work, it kept hanging for hours.
So what I did now was first sending it to the FanReach contacts and then created a copy and sent it again only now to the Myspace contacts.

Giuseppe is right - it's still not working. We got exactly the same screen as he did.

this applies for the regular newsetter. then we sent out the "join the mailing list" email - it went to the internal myspace inbox and was not sent out to the regular/external emails of our myspace friends.but there was an alert in the regular/external email inbox that sais that a new mail from Friends of the Night arrived in the internal myspace inbox. I hope this helps.

My name's Jenny and I'm one of the developers.
It looks like we have two different issues here, and I'm a little confused as to what is still presenting for everyone.
First, we have an issue sending from ReverbNation to your Myspace friends. From what we've been able to tell, this is from a time out issue. It looks like sometimes when we ask Myspace to send the message, their site does not respond in a timely manner, and times out. You then get the 'unable to send to Myspace friends' message.
We're working on updating our error messages so it's more clear what's going on and we can pinpoint any other issues that might be happening as well. The best thing to do in this case is to send your messages at low traffic times and resend them after you wait a while if you still get the message. If you've tried to send a couple times, several hours or days apart and are still getting this message, please provide where you're sending from (Myspace or ReverbNation), a screenshot, approximate times of day, and the subject line of the message you've been trying to send.
Second, there was a previous issue where you were not able to send to your Myspace friends from Myspace itself. This issue has been resolved. If you are still seeing--the message should be 'Unable to send Myspace message' not 'Can only send once every 24 hrs' then please let us know.

I've tried a whole bunch of times, at different times of day. No matter when I send, I always get something that says:
"Your Email is being sent now.
This email will be sent to 0 recipients.
Unable to send Message via Myspace."
I just did this now 5:02 PM or so

I hope I have the answer to your problem, well not the answer but a big clue.
I have 2 RN accounts, one for my main band Lethargy - reverbnation.com/lethargymusic
setup up probably 3-4 years ago and is synched with the myspace site: myspace.com/lethargymusic
which was setup in 2004
Lethargy have Fan reach pro
Here's what I see when trying to send.
I'm assuming en-GB, msmfr_upgrade_pro_plan is an error.
My reason for assuming this is because my other account is a side project.
Standard Free RN profile, no paid services.

synched with:
myspace.com/kilvey
both accounts created march 2010 (or at least around that time)
it seems the message "Upgrade to FanReach Pro" displays correctly as this account doesn't have the pro service.
From Kilvey, I can preview the "Myspace" message as well as send it.
From Lethargy (the service I pay for ironically!) I get the same error as everyone else.
I hope there's some clues in there to help fix this as it's far more valuable to me to be contacting Lethargy fans rather than my pet project.

Still having same problem here--- it doesn't seem like a timeout to me as the error message is presented instantly without any delay "Unable to send Message via Myspace"

Just tried from w/in myspace and get this error "Oops! It looks like Myspace isn't available right now. Please try again later." Again, it was instant.

(Note: the connection with myspace is correct)
