Sorry you are having trouble streaming your songs!
If you are having some issues with your ReverbNation Music Player make sure that your web browser and Adobe Flash player are up to date. If everything is completely up to date and you still seem to be having some issues playing songs on ReverbNation try clearing your cache and cookies.

Outlined below are the steps necessary to clear the cache and cookies for several popular browsers, which will help ensure your computer is loading the most recent version of your ReverbNation page:
- Chrome for Mac - Cmd+Shift+Delete or Windows - Ctrl+Shift+Delete
- Firefox for Mac - Cmd+Shift+Delete or Windows - Ctrl+Shift+Delete
- Internet Explorer Ctrl+Shift+Delete

up until two weeks ago the songs were playing fine - now they dont why??
what did you change - very frustrating to tell a perspective gig booker - to listen then they cant -

all the other players on facebook and such are playing just fine.... can't get ANYTHING TO PLAY ON HERE!!! looks like the crowd is growing unhappy and you know what comes next.....sometimes "new and improved" is not always better...

Good news, Jason! I finally got my Facebook music players and my Reverb Nation site players working correctly.
1. I went to my Flash settings and made sure I wasn't restricting sites from storing data (up to 10 MB). Basically made sure all settings left room for websites to interact while still keeping some options as "must ask".
2. At the same time, I went into my add ons and made sure that ALL of the Flash files were allowed to work all of the time. NOTE: in Chrome, I had THREE Flash/Shockwave files but ONE was disabled. I enabled all three.
For those reading this, to adjust your Flash settings, simply search though your browser for "Flash Settings". Flash settings are always adjusted via the internet (except as I mentioned in your browser add-on/plugin settings).
Follow the link to the Macromedia web site, and your settings panel will be immediately visible and accessible. At that point, if you have no idea what you are doing, ask a techie friend--it's fairly simple and you won't need much (if any) help.
I apologize for getting so cranky about this. It just seemed a lot of us were having problems with this. -

Not sure if you'll be able to view that page because it's linked to a profile that's under 18yrs old but I'd love to know if the problem is on my computer or if no-one can hear our music.

got the same issues with reverbnation - usually use google chrome - sometimes the player works , but stops after a couple of trax have played , usually tho i can't get a single track to play - this has been going on for a long time now(like years) . i really like everything else about reverbnation , but playing music is actually the priority - is there not something that can be done from reverbnation side ?? i have had loads of people tell me they have the same issue when trying to listen to music on the site ..

Same problem, and very frustrating! "Player did not initialize" message comes up for others, and they're asking me to post my songs elsewhere! I've put a bunch of effort into the RN site, and really want it to be fan-friendly! Help!

Still unable to get songs to play on FB. facebook.com/3rdzen. I have the latest edition of Flash. I have had the page for a year now, and I have yet to get music to play on it. I refer all fans to reverbnation.

Everything was playing fine. Now all of a sudden they're not. What's with this??

My songs play for 15 seconds then stop. Wondering if someone might test one for me to see if it's just me locally or something is screwed up on my page.

I have accessed reverbnation from my mates computer and tried to listen to some of the artiste music and the player will not play i have also tried to access my own and no luck either, I know techinical problems do occur from time to time but i am concerned because after many years of holding on to them i have finally released my original material onto a site i believed to be legit. You can see my concerns and i would appreciate if a member of the reverbnation team can respond and tell me why only certain members of reverbnation ttheir music is accessible? Thank you..Hayden Love

Update your Flash Player...
I had this issue in the past and in spite of believing I had the most "up to date" version" of flash, I did not.
Once I made the upgrade, the music played just fine. -

Thought Id share this
Ive consistantly had problems with my player taking FOREVER to load and play songs.
I worked with Sam from support and tried all the recommended updates and fixes for this with no luck.
Im running Win7 with Google Chrome.
I checked the plugins by bringing up google and typing chrome:plugins in the search bar, select details on the right and make sure there are no important updates printed in red and that all were enabled. No change
I went and downloaded RealPlayer and rebooted my computer and BINGO, songs load and play immediately.

I'm having the same problem but only on my iphone app.
I uploaded 5 new songs from the bands new CD and only the first one will play.
When you click on the others it closes the app on the iphone.
I've tried everything on this link and it still doesn't play.
Previously all the songs played that I put on the App now only one plays.
Whats more frustrating is that there is no Customer support so one pays for the app set up and then can't get any help when it goes wrong.
There is no phone number anywhere.
It makes me just want to quit using REverbnation as that don't seem want to help or take responsibility for there product.
They all play on my imac.
Is there anyone who can help me or give me a number or E mail to go to.
