Since the latest windows update can't login
Windows 7 and IE 9. After the latest windows update I can't fan people back, their fan button is broken, and my control room just hangs. I cleared all my IE history, cookies, temporary files et., and now reverb nation wants me to log in. The sign in with facebook button just hangs,and when i try to login with my email and password I get an IE pop up at the bottom that won't let me past it. Did a password reset and get the same popup when I try to login again. I've tryed restarting my computer too, to no avail.

My password failed when submitting this, even though I just reset it, but I clicked on get satisfaction and let me thru with a facebook sync.Comment

Zack (Official Rep) June 18, 2012 19:25This sounds like it may be a browser issue. I would recommend using a different browser. Firefox and Google Chrome seems to be the most effective. Also, make sure you are running the most recent updates for your browser as well as Flash. Clear your cache and cookies, restart your browser and attempt accessing your page again. Did all this already with no luck. I can use another browser, but don't a lot of other people use IE? Not very practical to force evryone to use another broswer to use RN.

Please try that, although when I try to fan people back it knows who I am. My control room stil hangs too.
