Serious Ongoing Store Issues
When I go to my Reverb store, and I try to manage my Reverb store, the page never displays properly, completely cutting off my unpublished items. Also, when I try to design an album, I only get as far as uploading the music, and then whatever I click on (i.e. design label) doesn't work, and I'm still on the same page even though I clicked the link. This is extremely frustrating, as it has never worked right as far as I can remember. Please find a solution to this as soon as possible. I have an Album I want to drop by the middle of August!

Hi Ryan,
Sorry for the trouble.
First, when you go to your control room -- reverb store -- manage store you are unable to scroll down? If you look to the right there is a scroll bar.
http://www.reverbnation.com/artist/co...
I am having no issues scrolling and seeing all items created, published and not published.
Regarding creating an album. Are you using the advanced design tool or are you uploading your file right there? Do you receive an error message? If so, what does it say?
Moreover, please let me know the following:
browser
version of that browser
type of machine
operating system

This is the same problem I had a while ago, but was never notified about the response to my post, therefore, I never knew about the response. It was marked as "solved" ...but it is not solved.
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled

Ryan,
Sorry you are having trouble. You wrote in one month ago, and i promptly responded one month ago. We apologize for marking the ticket as solved. It is obviously still in progress, and I still await your answers from my initial response. It was a simple error of a keystroke. Regardless that does not impede you from replying to the diagnostic questions I need to ask so that I can better assist you and figure out the root of the issue.
Anyway, I am unable to replicate your issue on my end. Please see attached screenshot at the end of this thread.
In order for me to better assist you please let me know the following:
browser
version of that browser
type of machine
operating system
Here I am able to scroll down and see all unpublished items.
Here I am having no issue accessing the design tool.
Please let me know, and I'll be happy to assist! -

Ok. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on a Toshiba Satellite laptop and I am using the latest version of Google chrome.
First, the CD thing. After I upload my songs and then go to click on the design cd label link...nothing happens. I can't get any further than that. I can save what I have up to that point, I can upload more songs, I can go back and re-upload the album cover art, but it wont let me get any further than uploading the songs. It's as if the buttons to get to the "design the label/booklet/etc." are a link to the page I am already on.
Second: I don't know how to get a screenshot into these comments, but I literally have no way of scrolling down to the unpublished items. There is a scroll bar on the browser, but that only gets me to the bottom of the page with all the links...it does not reveal the unpublished items. I can see the very top of the first item, but I have no way to scroll down to the bottom two thirds of the first item, and subsequently, the rest of the unpublished items. -

Ryan,
Thanks for describing your issues. I can understand, but am not able to replicate it. Can you try Firefox? I am not having any trouble clicking on "Design CD Label," "Design 4-Panel Booklet," or "Design 2-sided Tray Card."
For that reason, this leads me to believe it is a browser issue. Are your browser and Flash up to date with the newest versions? Try updating both of those, clear the cache, and restart the browser.
You an update your Flash if needed here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
Of note: We do recommend Firefox and Chrome browsers for use on our site if you have one of those.
If you still have trouble after updating, clearing the cache, and restarting, I would try a different machine
As you can see I have a scroll bar. You might want to try and reload the page?
Let me know... -

Well, i didn't do anything and it works on Firefox now! (don't ask me how or why, because it honestly didn't before...maybe a connection issue?) Chrome, not so much...but I'll try updating flash. Until then, I guess i'll just have to continue to use the store with Firefox. Thank you for your help! ... and now it can be marked resolved!
