Hi,
a few days ago I stopped receiving email notifications from RN. I should have received multiple notifications for messages and new fans in the last 2 days, as I have my notifications set to immediate and there have been a number of new fans and messages. The last time I received a notification was the 25th of June. I have checked my settings to make sure the notifications are still set to "immediate" and they are. I don't know if this is of any help, but the very same thing happened in November last year. At the time I spoke to Patrick Phelan about it by email and he sorted it out.
I hope you can find a solution.

Sorry you're running into trouble here. I got the assistance of a developer and we both checked over your account thoroughly and couldn't find any glaring issues.
liquid@skymesh.com.au is the correct e-mail address, right? Unless that e-mail address is invalid there shouldn't be an issue- have you checked your spam folder (if you have one?) -

yes, that is the correct email address. I actually got a notification email that you replied. But still no notifications from ReverbNation. I don't have a spam folder and my ISP doesn't filter any emails. I use Thunderbird as my email client, but I also logged into my webmail to check. I have 98% free space on my webmail server and nothing in the trash folder. So, I don't know what's up, but as I said, the exact same thing happened last November. It's been fine until a few days ago. I still get facebook notifications and email from everywhere else - including here... just not from ReverbNation.
Hopefully it will be resolved, but I can still log in and check manually, so I'm not too worried. I appreciate your fast reply and your concern though. You guys have always been been very helpful.

Sorry for all the trouble- I've shared this issue with a developer to help me try to figure out what the problem might be. I'll get back to you after they get to spend some time helping me with this. Sorry again!
