No-one can purchase any of the songs in my Reverbnation store? Everything is uploaded and available but the purchase cannot be made!
Please help me to rectify this problem asap as it is very necessary for me to be able to advertise that the songs are available on Reverbnation!

I am having the same problem. RN is playing my song endlessly for anyone and everyone to hear, but EVEN -I- cannot BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even bother RN won't even give you your money I have over 4,000 fans and I know of at least one friend on mine that ordered from my store over 2 months ago and RN won't do anything about it they Keep giving me the run around it's gotten so bad that I'm talking to a lawyer now go to http://www.musicxray.com/about-the-co.... I get 2 bucks every time someone clicks on this link and 15 percent of all transactions made by anyone who signs up and if you sign up you can get the same deal as me when you sign up they give you an affiliate code to make money from wouldn't that be a cool fuck you to reverbnation lol

I'm having same problem, last week, everything is ok, but from few days ago, no one can purchase on my store! I try unpublic my album and public it again, but no one can add to card and purchase :(. What's happended???

You have a much Bigger problem on your hands now... the MP3 doesn't keep the name of the Artist it replaces it with numbers. THAT IS VERY DECEPTIVE AND WHY SHOULD PEOPLE HAVE TO RENAME IT? IS THIS FIXED?

Were any of these, above mentioned, issues ever resolved?
I am having the very same problemS at this very moment.
- tried uploading song by song
- changed the price
- reuploaded several times (4 or +)
- wrote for help to ReverbNation
- wrote for help to AudioLife
- got responses from RN support yet without solutions
- never got a response from AudioLife
- tried making a download ONLY album
IT NEVER STOPS PROCESSING.
I know that someone is scratching their head and reading through the code.

And same goes for AudioLife, get it together, get help or switch professions.
I would hate to see this platform die like it happened with MP3.com. It's nice.

This is an issue that was resolved in the past, but has popped up again. We are hard at work with our Store partner, Audiolife, fixing this issue. It would be helpful to know the browser and version that you are having this issue with so that I can share that info with them. Thanks for the patience.

I think it shouldnt matter hat browsers we are using. Most site work on many browsers. WE just need the buy button to work. Its very simple. Reverb you are losing trust and AudioLife is clearly losing money. I havent been able to order my own album and I haent had any substantial help even though I contacted both AudioLife and ReverbNation directly via email. It shouldnt be this hard to order physical CD's. I guess it's time to find another company to work with.
