Yes, we are currently working on many mobile solutions, but I do not have an ETA for you.

I use my PDA a lot when traveling around and marketing the band. If I hand them a CD, they'll say "thanks, I'll get back to you". BUT, if I show them my RN page and say "listen to THIS", they are more likely to respond with an immediate booking. With a good signal, I'm usually able to stream audio from my RN page on my PDA running Windows Mobile 6, but a redirect to a mobile centric page would definitely be preferable. Alternatively, this could simply be a widget on my own site that is sized correctly for a cell phone screen.

Is there also an App for Apple Store and Android market? Will the app have the artist music and all the info?

Hi Dragonica
Thanks for the message.
Apple already provides an app for the store.. it's the iTunes app. For the Apple store hardware products, you would need to contact Apple to ask them about that. The ReverbNation app is in development, so I can't guarantee any features, but it should have profile access, etc for your songs and info. -

Would love to see a mobile-freindly version of the site. As is right now, I have to consider moving our online presence over to Tumblr or just Facebook. (Heck, even SoundCloud has a mobile-freindly version /w automatic redirect.)
Why is this so important for me? Well, I'd planned on printing flyers with QR codes to direct cell phones to our ReverbNation page, but there's so much flash in there that it's not usable from a mobile browser. Mobile browsers are with our audience on the street, where they see the flyers.
Mobile is the future. Would love to see ReverbNation continue to innovate and get there so I wouldn't need another home page to get with the times. -

Over 12 months later, and reverbnation STILL does not have a mobile site.
This is hardly internet rocket science.
An intern from the nearest university could put one together in a matter of weeks.
You've got apps for Android and iPhone.
What is taking so long with a simple mobile site?-
Hi Jelani
Thanks for the message and sorry you feel that way. We are hard at work developing many features and widgets in HTML5 and researching other things as well. We are confident that when this comes out, you will be very happy with the results. -

Once upon a time, this site was EASY to use with my mobile phone's browser. Music streamed effortlessly and pages loaded easily. Within the past year, though, the changes have made it more cumbersome. The last time I tried to play music via mobile browser, the player simply refused to load. Now, it only works when I "tether" my laptop to my phone. and then streaming is so slow it often "stutters."
Is there any way for your servers to deliver the OLD version of the site to those of us on mobile devices?
THANK YOU! :)- view 2 more comments

Okay, thank you. I know that the actual mobile site is currently in beta for iPhone only, and coming soon to Android, so I'm hoping that should clear up the issue. However, I will certainly have a dev look at this.

Can you confirm you were on m.reverbnation.com and not just reverbnation.com?
