Inaccurate promotion results

My recent promotion is not reporting accurate information. It says I have 0 fan interactions, but I have about 10 new likes. What is the problem?

    ReverbNation can only record fan interactions that come from your ReverbNation Band Profile on Facebook. When fans click your Promote It ad they are taken to your Facebook page. The "music" app on your Facebook page takes fans to your Bandcamp app. ReverbNation cannot record any interactions or song plays that come from fans on your Bandcamp app. However, I can confirm that your Promote It campaign is up and running properly.
