Kudos to the UI team, the new interface is much better - even the bigger, cleaner fonts.
My only suggestion is to rethink where you put Social Sync. You put it in Admin with the other rarely used items but it is a daily use tool for me and should be included within Profile. It provides real-time updates like the rest of Profile items -- Admin items are set upfront and then rarely used again.
Furthermore, I had trouble finding Admin until I asked the Employees where it was (upper right corner under 'Account' - not intuitive guys). Too many clicks to get to - I click on Bank $ to jump right into Admin, and then click on Social Sync. Why not include Admin in the topline Menu Bar.
