HTML 5 music player problems.

Edit Subject

HTML 5 Music player is not playing songs on iPad platform. Also, signed up for Widget Pro but music player still has branding. Player is embedded properly in website and player works in Safari on computer etc.

Hey guys,

I apologize for the trouble.What ipad are you using that is giving you the trouble. Is it fully updated?

Also, it looks like you just signed up for the Pro Widget package. It will take up to 72 hours for the branding to be disassociated with your widgets.

  I can't get it to play on either the iPad or a 1st gen Macbook Air. It does work on iPhone 4 perfectly. Is there something that I am missing here?

  Don't know if this helps, but when I just cleared all of the browser data/cookies from my iPhone, it no longer works.
  
  Actually if then I go and sign into reverberation, and go back and reload CCL page, the player will work. Works across all devices.
  
  So, from a cleared out history this player will not work, but from one that has visited reverberation it does work. . .at least where OS Safari is concerned. Let me know if you can figure this out. I assume that most fans that navigate to our page will not have visited reverberation first. Must be some cookie y'all provide that makes it work?

  We were seeing an issue with the HTML 5 player not loading all the right data when you go at it from https. There's also been some strange interaction with other widgets on the page. Our development team in on the issues. Are the same issues occurring today?

  If you go to our website from a clean slate [ie cleared history/cache] it will not work. If you visit reverbnation.com and return to our website it does work. Clearly something is getting loaded by visiting reverberation.com that is not getting loaded on chathamcountyline.com . . . could be the "initializing the player" moment?

  So if I clear the history and cookies on my device and navigate to chathamcountyline.com I cannot get the player to work. This goes for iPad, iPhone, and Air. The whole point of HTML5 is that you don't have to have flash installed correct?
