To add fans to your ReverbNation account you will need to sync your Facebook 'Musician/Band' page to your ReverbNation profile. To get to the Social Sync section of your profile first select Account from your User Menu:
Then select the Social Sync tab and click the Sync to Facebook Page button:
Please be sure to sync your 'Musician/Band' page and not your personal Timeline if you would like to add your fans. If you are not sure if you have a Musican/Band page or a personal Timeline page here is an easy way to check: View your band's Facebook page while logged out of Facebook. Which of the two buttons below do you see?
If you see the 'Like' button, this means that you have a band page. If you see the 'Add Friend' button, this means that you have a personal profile and will need to create a band page in order to add My Band.

2. Your login you use to sync at Facebook must be the admin/owner/creator of the aforementioned band page

1Go to the [Social Sync] section in your Control Room/My Profile and scroll down past all the options you have to sync to[i.e. facebook, myspace, twitter] and right under all of those, about halfway down the page DIRECTLY BENEATH THE YOUTUBE OPTION IT SAYS:
'If you are experiencing issues with the Facebook Share Player, click here to reset Facebook Share and then re-post your share or comment. If your fan counts are incorrect, click here to refresh them.'

I am having problems with the sync function, too.
At the beginning it worked, then I accidentally removed the facebook band page and as I wanted to add it again it didn't work.
I cleaned the cache and the cookies and the tab is on my facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Messany...
but reverbnation says I didn't sync to any site yet *confused*
And how can I remove my other pages from the list of band pages shown in the pic below?

1OK i have figured it out go to control room then click on the tab that says profile and then click on status and then click on facebook then you will be prompt to choose the band and once you have done that the likes on your FB page should appear on your RVN page . Hope this helps . Walter of The Rogers-

Don't be like myspace with all this crap.You make all these changes and i can't even add bands from facebook.I don't need bands from facebook.There are 1000's of bands and musicians in here.Why you doing this.I have 73% to go before i can get rid of that app i have and i always hide it,I can't get to 100%.Why are you makeing things complicated.Everyone is having trouble.The old reverb worked fine.Why touch what was not broken in the fist place.Tell me how i get to 100% so i can get rid of that dam app above my profile.It sucks and i have to hide it everytime i come in here.How do i get rid of the ADMIN PANEL in my profile.I have no use for it or to add anymore then what i already have.Stop adding stuff people don't use or need in here.It's the best band and musician site bar none,But we don't the junk your pittung in here.Music songs bands musicians is all we need.keep it real and simple.

I have had a horrible time recently with sync not working; not being able to post etc. I tried all the resets to no avail. I was getting a blank screen when clicking on the sync button.
Then I tried using Google Chrome and voila!
This fixed the problem and now back in IE9 it is working as well. -

1With some creative backwards work, I was able to sync facebook, but it looks like the view is all messed up on facebook. You can't scroll down on the profile page on the facebook page. Please fix!

So RN says that its sync'd with my facebook band page, but the likes on FB arent counted in my RN profile. were talking hundreds of likes here. WTF

Actually, this doesn't work. It used to work with Reverbnation Sync, but now my fan page information isn't included with the fan count on Reverbnation. Is anyone having any success with this?

My FB likes are not syncing on RN neither, it just stopped working about a month ago and yes I have tried all the obvious troubleshooting hints/advice, very frustrating why it no longer works, please help!

I have that same question mark show up when I sync my page. I even tried to put the band profile on my personal fb page. That has no effect on anything. I have the RN band page on my Musician/Band FB page, but likes are still showing -0- on Reverb profile.

Not sure if you have a band page? Here is an easy way to check: View your band's Facebook page while logged out of Facebook. Which of the two buttons below do you see?
If you see the 'Like' button, this means that you have a band page and your 'Likes' will be counted. If you see the 'Add as a Friend' button, this means that you have a personal profile and will need to create a band page in order to gain fans.

Thanks Nathan, I saw that same "help" months ago and it looks like no one at Reverbnation can comprehend what the problem everyone is having with syncing RN to their FB band page. When I use what you suggest, it automatically starts trying to sync to 2 FB pages, Twitter, My, and Youtube...and I don't even have the last 3. It doesn't even let me select which Facebook page I want to sync to...the spinning sync wheel to the left of each account icon just spins away forever...and never actually does anything...
