In order to remove a profile on ReverbNation you will first need to log-in to the profile that you wish to remove. Once logged-in, select Account in your User Menu:

Then scroll to the bottom of your Account Settings page and click the Remove Profile link:

This will prompt you to enter you account password and confirm your profile removal. Please be sure that would like to remove your profile as you will not be able to retrieve your profile once you remove it!

  You should be able to remove this in the Privacy Settings tab in the Account tab on your Facebook Page. There is an 'Apps and Websites' link that will allow you to remove the MyBand Tab. Let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Where is the process within your website to make this happen ?

If you could just provide me with all the links to the profiles you need cancelled, I would be more than happy to assist you. Also, if you have access to any of these accounts just go to your Control Room > My Home > Preferences > Remove Profile.

Also, if you are signed up for any of our Premium Services, you will need to unsubscribe from there before cancelling your account. Due to privacy issues, we at ReverbNation are not authorized to unsubscribe you from services you are paying for. Here are the directions for unsubscribing...

Control Room > My Home > Manage Premium Services. Once here, you will need to click on the Blue 'Unsubscribe' links next to the services that you would like to remove. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

  You can cancel at any time. You can do this be logging into your profile and navigating to Control Room > My Home > Manage Premium Services. Once here, you will need to click on the Blue 'Unsubscribe' links next to the services that you would like to remove. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

Hi Zack!
I deleted my profile about two months ago, I also abandoned my release. I could not log in to Reverbnation, everything seemed to be fine, however, my page was still visible to public. Then, about a month ago I got an email that I received a royalty, and guess what, I could log in to Reverbnation again, so nothing was deleted. My release is still abandoned, which is good, but I want to permanently remove my profile, and make my page unvisible: http://www.reverbnation.com/woodlandc...
Help me please.

  Well, you have hidden it. Then I tried to log in to check if my account was entirely deleted, and it turned out it was not. I got a signup incomplete screen! And this was enough to switch my page back online. After that I confirmed my registration again, just to check if there's any change in data, but there's no change at all, everything is there just like before. Is there a way to get rid of Reverbnation entirely? To actually delete my data, not just hide it. Or at least hide it in a way that I can't switch it back online with a single login attempt.

Hello Zack

I have messed up my facebook settings and tried re sync with reverbnation accounts to no avail.

I have tried deleting my profiles and starting again. Still don't work.

Could you please DELETE (not remove profile) my account and the venues profiles that are associated with my account (Saints Rooms) so i can start again from scratch

Hi Zack, I need to "temporarily" hide my profile/reverb site from the public, and from any searching results on reverbnation. Can you help me do that temporarily?
I'm lexey layne (artist). I will want to reinstate it in about a month.

Also, I just signed up for a 30 day premium package tryout for free. I will unsubscribe, but once you 'hide it', will i still have access to my control panel?

In order to remove a profile on ReverbNation you will first need to log-in to the profile that you wish to remove. Once logged-in, select Account in your User Menu:

Then scroll to the bottom of your Account Settings page and click the Remove Profile link:

This will prompt you to enter you account password and confirm your profile removal. Please be sure that would like to remove your profile as you will not be able to retrieve your profile once you remove it!
