How can I switch off autoplay for my facebook app?

I apologize for any inconvenience- the Band Profile app has been changed to auto-play now, there currently is no way to turn this off. We've had some other complaints and I've shared this issue with our developers. Sorry again for the trouble.

Please allow autoplay to be disabled. Autoplay is well-known to be one of the main reasons people navigate away from a site. Don't the developers know this? Please help! Thank you very much.

Duly noted- we have mentioned this to the product development team recently but I will be sure to readdress this issue for you. I'm inclined to agree with your position on this, sorry for the current inconvenience!

+1 for this Mike. I've just activated and configured my Facebook app but won't be publishing it until this is sorted.

I agree with Len. Auto play is annoying and if your developers don't give us a way to disable it soon, I won't use the RN app.

Really? Autoplay? No one likes autoplay except the clueless people trying to throw their songs in people's faces. The first thing most people do when they are ear-raped by a song is frantically click away from the surprise noise. I'm actually going to consider putting a different band app on facebook because this feature is that annoying and bad for business. I don't know what the developers were thinking.

guys, please get rid of AUTO play, this is killing us when we try to have people check out a new video... they will have 2 songs come at once! NO BUENO. any news on how to do it?

I was looking into ways for visitors to play music on our band web site and on facebook.

I figured I'd give reverb nation a try, since I had began setting up a site a while ago and figured this could kill two birds with one stone.

I uploaded one song and can't get the song to quit playing even on my own reverb nation site . The fact the administrator (me) can't disable auto play is bad, but even worse - there isn't even a pause button for the user!

I'm really glad I found this thread to let me steer clear of reverb nation, before I synched with Facebook. I think it's a shame, since I think reverb nation has some cool stuff, and I'll continue setting up my page probably, but will be very leery of using any reverb nation web applications in other contexts or exploring the premium services.

Sorry to be grumpy, but I'm hopeful the feedback will help.
