I’m Getting really pissed off now!

6 days without a chart position??

When are you going to honor the agreement of your terms and conditions?
I have been without chart positions for 6 days now all the work that I have built up over the last year has been wiped off and reverbnation continues to ignore the problem that is shared by many other artists. I have paid money to Reverbnation and have been a loyal account holder - when are you going to do the right thing?

Sorry for the trouble! As you may know, we have made some updates to the requirements for a chart postion. Can you tell me exactly how you are logging into or accessing your profile, so I can report this issue to the development team?

  Kevin Zen is a member of our band, he was suffering from the problem we still have. He is now climbing back up the charts whereas we are firmly glued to the bottom of the charts 2 weeks on.
