can't upload song. Asks if I would like to run or save file? Never got this message before. Tried on 2 computers. Different O.S.

  I apologize for the trouble. I was able to upload and remove songs to your page on my end. This sounds like it may be a browser issue. I would recommend using a different browser. Firefox and Google Chrome seems to be the most effective. Also, make sure you are running the most recent updates for your browser as well as Flash. Clear your cache and cookies, restart your browser and attempt uploading your songs again. Let me know if this doesn't fix the issue.

  You must first have an artist page. Once logged into your artist page just go to your Dashboard > Content > Songs > Upload Song.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We were having some site-wide issues with song uploads last night and early this morning. These issues have since been fixed and uploads should be working today. Give the upload process another try and let me know if you are still having issues on your end. Thanks!

  Iv been trying for a week now Ive used Chrome and firefox now Im back to my old explorer which strats the process then quites in the middle this is bad for busniess six hours Im waiting for nothing to happen and the wife in my ear all the way about the electric bill you guys are going to lose a coustemer here, been asking for help all week and no one responded either at leats your good business tool to promote the CD baby site cause Im going over to them in a minute.

  You will need to convert the files to Mp3 in order to upload them correctly.
  
  It seems using itunes for conversion usually has the best outcome. Here's the directions
  
  1. Go to iTunes Preferences
  2. Click on "Import Settings," under the General Tab.
  3. Under "Import Using," chose MP3 Encoder
  4. Under "Setting," choose Custom...
  5. Make sure the Sample Rate is set to 44.1 kHz.
  6. Set the Bit Rate to the desired setting. Digital Distribution and the Reverb Store require 320 kbps.
  6. Click "OK."
  7. Select the file you want to convert.
  8. Click on "Advanced" (located in the menu bar), and choose "Create MP3 Version."

cant uplod a 5 mb song. infact the upload window does not even open ...it tries to load the window then the screen gets a black grid over it.

I'm having the issue to where I click to upload the song, then I click browse and nothing happens. I downloaded both firefox and chrome and my flash player is up to date. This really bites when we said we would release on december 21.

Reverbnation has disappointed me AGAIN! You guys REALLY need to fix this problem. I've tried uploading the same two songs for 6 hours now and it uploads to 100% but the continue button does not highlight for me to post the song. I pay 5 dollars a month and expect to be able to do something as simple as upload my songs with no hassle. This is not the case and I'm very seriously considering getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Cleared the catch and cookies restarted and now it's worse god this is soooooo frustrating 5 days aleast six hours per day 30 hours of no productivity for an indi artist thats a life time of unproductivity I can't get back and the worst part no one ansewrs my Emails for help I use to like this site and promoted it to my friends so not only do i lose 30 hours but my rep will be in the toliet as welll Thanks a Lot ReverbNation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
