Can't put a song in the reverb store.
I was trying to add more songs to my reverb store and it would say it was 100% downloaded then will stop and just say loading and not take me to the next step waited for 30 minutes on it to load. I already have the song on my profile downloaded to play list, and I just upgraded for more file size uploads and this file is only 8mb's but it won't take it for some reason.

Hi all,
Audiolife is experiencing some technical issues that are causing items to get hung-up in processing. This may also cause other Reverb Store issues with previewing items, updating items, and other Manage Store features. They are working on resolving the issue at the moment. I will let you all know when I have any updates. Thanks for your patience. -

Update:
Audiolife is still experiencing some issues with their servers. This will effect uploading items, graphics for items not displaying correctly, and updating existing items. A backup server has been activated that should allow for the uploading of items again, please let me know if this is not the case. They are working hard to fix this issue, and there should be a resolution shortly. I will let you all know when I have any updates.- view 2 more comments

I can't upload ringtones. It let's me brouse and choose and type in title, but it says 0% forever and never acts like it is ready to upload. I walked away for over an hour and it still had done nothing.

Sorry, still NOT fixed for us. I just went to re-publish our album and we're still getting the same crappy message-> "Your session had timed out. It has been reestablished for you to continue browsing." Then when you click "Click here to continue" it brings us back to the Store Homepage. Man, this has got to get fixed for us now... we've been unable to republish our album for the last 6 days. Artist ID: 898630 Artist Name Rocco & Rahj. This is getting bad.

Mine says upload finished on the left and uploading on the right above the continue button. Has been like this for at least an hour now.

What worked for us...
1) Unpublished yet again.
2) Then went through the create album process from scratch.
3) I uploaded my songs, I did them individually and did not use the bulk uploader.
4) Then I submitted my artwork and prices as per normal. It worked after I did this.

I am having a issue of two songs not displaying in my Reverb store even after successful downloads. The song files upload successfully and I agree to the download and ringtone rates indicated on Step 2. But the songs are not listed in my store. I redid the process during off peak hours, but with the same results.

I actually E-Mailed the staff a few Mp3's one o them was published and in the store not particulary my favorite at all.definitley would prefer a wav under 100megs or flack.My store has no publish button

Same issue over here. Quite frustrating. I uploaded a while album and they appear in my album but when i go to the actual store, they are nowhere to be found.

I have fixed the issue. Your store was not appearing because you had no Featured Items. You must select Featured Items in order for the store to work. Hope this helps!

I've got the same problem as Charley Mac, but the song shows in my store but if you click on it, it says No items of this type are currently available.

I uploaded music to our reverb store and it said the upload was successful but the files are still processing and have been doing so for over a week now. Site says it takes up to 4 hours but it's been about 200 hours now ha ha. Any advice/solutions?

I recommend that you attempt uploading again. This is indicative of a time-out issue, which means the songs were never received on the Store end. Hope this helps!

make sure the files are in the smalleset mp3 form..i tried uploading other size files and had same problem .just make it mp3 smallest possible.

When I try to upload songs to my reverb store, the progress bar sticks on 0% and nothing happens. If I leave it, it doesn't even time-out, it just stays on the same page and makes no progress. Any ideas?

That is unusual. What browser and version are you using? Do you have the latest version of Adobe Flash?

When I try to "create a download" it reached 100% then nothing else happens. No way to go forward.

Just tried it again and it worked today. Yesterday I tried about 50 times with no result. No error, just the bar reaching 100% and never moving on. This happened to me once before but on that occasion I only had to try twice before it worked. It's just an mp3 file. Ah well, mystery!

very strange.......all of my comments on all posts have been removed and all i did was ask questions..trying to figure out why My reverb store would not post songs and I figured it out FRIENDS ..of REVERB nation.....i recieved no help and I noticed that everyone was having the same problem as me.......ITS SIMPLE>....i cant beleive JOnny could not figure it out. step 1- go to your edit profile at top right of profile page and click it. step 2- go to your active modules and dis active modules ..if STORE module is in left one that says dis active, right click it and move it to active..wait five minutes and BOOM. start uploading into your store and it will be active and visible to you and others ..PROBLEM solved..FREE OF CHARGE>>> yours truly Mr:Personal. stop by my page and have a listen to show appreciation or leave a comment, all are welcome ..YEee hawwwwwwww......

it does sound simple but i can't find any links anywhere on my profile that remotely resemble step 1 or step 2 - i can get into admin view of my profile or my control room if i want to make changes, but there is no "edit profile" link, and i can't find any reference to "active or dis modules" anywhere (i've been searching!). i'll take any advice, thanks!

Hey Johnny I've changed the format to Wav for distribution purposes and was told this would work for the reverb store.Im not seeing any error messages,the 100% load screen went thru then and the format is again Wav.If you have the time please check my profile to see if everything is ok,If not then there still may be a problem.

I am still having this problem, the same as 2 months ago! I gave up back then and thought it would be sorted by now but apparently not.
My track is mp3. It says upload finished on the left with a long grey bar above. On the right it says uploading with continue underneath which is greyed out.
If I can't upload any more tracks the site is pretty redundant for me.-
This is not an issue that we are seeing in any widespread user base. This makes me think that it may be a compatibility issue with browser, file type, or your system. Can you tell me what browser version, and Operating system you are using? Thanks!

See, this is the classic response from Reverbnation. Rather than work to remedy the issues of their subscribers and customers, they make their problems your problem or they pass the buck on places like Audiolife. Point blank, these are YOUR problems Johnny and they are clearly widespread. Everyone here is having the same problems with YOUR site. Not Audiolife, not my computer or his computer or whoever else you'll try to pass blame onto. I'm not trying to come down on you personally but your company's approach to customer service is all wrong. Maybe if you guys spent less time blaming and more time fixing, people would be able to sell their music here. As it stands, I am taking my business elsewhere and urging others to do the same. I will continue to use reverbnation as the second-tier promotional tool it is. I'll make my money somewhere else thank you.

After uploading items for Downloads (I uploaded 6 mp3 files, one at a time), it has been 'Processing' for 8 hours now and still doesn't appear in the store. How long does it take normally to appear in the store?

I'm having the EXACT same problem with the ReverbStore! I tried to put my album up for download and it has literally been over two days...
Reverb please fix this as this hinders artist trying to utilize your tool. I'm seriously contemplating removing my account as if I can't sell my music I don't see the purpose. -

All these issues must be fixed ASAP or we will all be forced to find alternative services. What tells us that the second or third time we upload it WILL work?
How many times does one need to create and recreate an album?
I am not being cinical or sarcastic, but am merely raising a few questions.
Almost everything mentioned above has happened to me... :-(

I am uploading the WAV masters which I produced myself.-
Go somewhere else to sell your music. Reverbnation doesn't have the reach to compete in the digital distro realm. Go with CD Baby. I have had zero problems with them in the past, their tech support is top notch and they charge a one-time fee for their service as opposed to a subscription based service. Reverbnation sucks in this area. Use them as a promotion tool and go to a more reputable site for digital music distribution.

If you are unable to upload the files, and you believe that they are in the proper format, I recommend that you contact Audiolife. Their tech team will need to take a look to see what is going on to prevent the songs from being added. You can email them at customerservice(at)audiolife(dot)com. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I am able to upload songs, but in the Store Home it says Merchandise (1), and under Music it says (0). The Album and mp3's Singles show up on the main page, but if I click on an mp3 Singles it says no such item available. I can only buy music by clicking on the Album. Please help.

I gave up on AudioLife and am thinking of only publishing downloads...
But even downloads are stuck. The album that I was finally able to upload has been in the "processing files" status for ages...
I would have to write a whole book to explain all the bugs I ran into here.
No need to appologize. Just do your best to fix the problems... :-)

unpublished an album to work on it got it all finished and now it says i cant publish it at the price i set! but iam not coming down from my price either way really sick of all this crap from reverb,very disapointed and iam going to sell my cds t shirts through another more reliable source!

Here's an idea gang. Save yourself the money of selling your tunes here and simply roll it into a digital distro deal through CD Baby. For $50 total (Reverbnation charges $34 per year) you get digital distribution through the web's largest and most trusted digital sites like iTunes, Amazon, Digstation, etc. This site, while very good for a number of things, simply cannot compete in the digital ring. Not to mention, where in the hell does reverbnation get the stones to tell us musicians how much our work is worth?! If you're going to allow artists to sell their work, you should let them set their own price (if they over price it simply won't sell). Bottom line: for selling music, REVERBNATION IS A RIP OFF. Their download service is unreliable, over priced and their customer service/tech support sucks. Go somewhere else to sell your music, you'll thank me for it.

I paid $59 and even pay these little monthly fees but can't get my album to publish after I downloaded it to my store. Help

There is no fee to use the Reverb Store. $59.95 would be a charge for Digital Distribution. If you are having an issue with this service, please let me know.

I've got a song that's been "Processing files" for over 10 hours... It said it would take 15 minutes and I set my release time for 12:00 am this morning.
It's not a super big deal. This is a free site, And I can't expect everything to work perfectly. But if you can help, That would be appreciated.

Hi guys I cant see the publish button, after completing the upload and setting the prices. Do i have to change browser settings or something? Occasionally i can see just the top of it and have uploaded two songs. But 95% of time it isnt there. If anyone can help i'd be grateful.

My songs are up in the reverb store, but my fans are not able to download the individual track after they have purchased it.. any suggestions? They state that they did disable any pop up blocker

I'm having trouble uploading the mp3's for an album. I've made sure I've converted all of the files to Reverbnation's specifications and they still won't upload. Or rather, they upload but not successfully.
It appears from this support blog that Reverbnation simply falsely advertises this feature and that they CANNOT TECHNICALLY HANDLE DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION AT ALL! Oh well, at least I know now and I can just renew through TuneCore. It sounds like TuneCore is not only reliable but offers way better features as well. -

it looks as thou reverb has had this problem for very long time and has no plans to remedy i spent a lot of time telling people to find me here only to find out the can only listen and not buy i started a campaign that has yet to link to face book and I'm sadly disappointed won't be recommending this to anyone sorry to anyone else who had high hope for this site

I just create my own profile on your website, but I find some issues with my Reverb Store... No problem to upload my mp3 and CD, also perect to create some merchandising articles as t-shirts...
The matter comes when I go on the store https://www.reverbnation.com/store/ar..., I see the products, but if I want to choose a complete album or anything else, it is impossible to click on the links, nothing happend. Try to go on this URL, click on the "browse music" link to display the albums and try to select one of this and you will see...
I tried it with firefox, Explorer and Chrome... same issue evreywhere...
