Can't put a song in the reverb store.
I was trying to add more songs to my reverb store and it would say it was 100% downloaded then will stop and just say loading and not take me to the next step waited for 30 minutes on it to load. I already have the song on my profile downloaded to play list, and I just upgraded for more file size uploads and this file is only 8mb's but it won't take it for some reason.

Tried adding a song to my list of store items. It uploads, but gets stuck when processing to the store. Very frustrating. Please sort this out. -

Same here! we got 4 songs uploaded to the store...but last two get stuck "processing files"..."El Burro Negro" is the song currently stuck.

For anyone else suffering on this particular issue - I found that if I added the whole song again from scratch - it worked. I deleted the one that was 'processing' after the latest one I added worked! ..

Tried and tried to upload my songs and once the songs hit 100% it shoots up an error and then they are gone. The first time I tried to upload the song i was taking 3 days, now its taking 15min and they just vanish with an error. Why Can't I upload my tracks? They are all 16Bit 42000 WAV files. This makes no sense to me why I get an error everytime, I have even re-converted them from scratch in case the files were currupt but they are all working fine until I try and up load them.

I uploaded the MP3 and it said it was successful but it is not showing up in the store.

It says Loaded the song successfully to the store but I don't see it in the store. Will it take a few days to be reviewed or what??

I am also having a problem where the song looks like it's uploaded but then it hangs. I notice people have been posting this problem as long as 10 months ago! Please can you at least respond in some way?

I get successful download in the store for an MP3 and then select the ringtone, etc, down to the code and there's no place to enter or submit. But it does say "download successful". Where is it, because it doesn't go into my store.
Please fix! I've tried this at least 15 times. -

I'm having the same problem. It's because you select ringtone. When you select ringtone all the info they give you pushes the "publish" button off the bottom of the page. Just don't select the ringtone option and it should work.

1I've also just realized that if you initiate your upload from the "ringtone" button instead of the "download" button, that it does give you the option to publish your upload as a "download" in your store as well, but the info doesn't push the "publish" button off the bottom of the page; so you can do both things at once that way if you want.

very strange.......all of my comments on all posts have been removed and all i did was ask questions..trying to figure out why My reverb store would not post songs and I figured it out FRIENDS ..of REVERB nation.....i recieved no help and I noticed that everyone was having the same problem as me.......ITS SIMPLE>....i cant beleive JOnny could not figure it out. step 1- go to your edit profile at top right of profile page and click it. step 2- go to your active modules and dis active modules ..if STORE module is in left one that says dis active, right click it and move it to active..wait five minutes and BOOM. start uploading into your store and it will be active and visible to you and others ..PROBLEM solved..FREE OF CHARGE>>> yours truly Mr:Personal. stop by my page and have a listen to show appreciation or leave a comment, all are welcome ..YEee hawwwwwwww......

this is happening to me uploading for a single for distribution, uploads then says 5 secs remaining and wont finish, its the correct wav file 16 bit 44.1khz. song is 6mins 10 secs long that wouldnt be an issue would it. I shall keep trying for now.

All of my songs are downloaded sucessfully to the store but when i visit the store while logged in and not logged in it doesn't allow me or anyone else to purchase the music ... What can I do to fix this?

I have tried everything. My problem is that i upload the tracks then it says processing errors on some of the songs. I made all the tracks the same way so im so confused. So I tried uploading the same songs 3 times. Then I went back and uplaoded all the tracks with at a lower quality mp3. I have several people waiting to by the album. I am trying to up load a whole album and it says being approved should take up to 4 hours...... it has been all NIGHT!!!!! Where is the approval coming from Washington D.C. ? It takes less time for Congress to screw us over....

Yep,,,,Same problem with me,,,uploaded songs for an album, set price, hit publish to store, it said it would take 4 hrs,,,that was 4 days ago, man, the album appears when I hit manage store albums, but says processing files,,,won't show in public store,,,,and I keep seeing a popup saying downloading When will this be fixed ? -

I upgraded to megasong storage yesterday and when I click to search the file I want to upload there is no response. I have 3 new tunes to upload, I've paid the fee, and this is frustrating. Can you fix it?

Firefox and IE8 just hang when uploading to the store and i have 7 individual tracks and a 26 track cd to upload

Audiofile is JUNK! It takes over an hour to upload an album. Then once it is finally uploaded I have to delete everything and redo it time and time again wasting half a day before finally giving up, resulting in projects not being delivered when promised.
When I upload multiple tracks at once, it changes some of the song names and there is no way for me to know what to change it back to because you can't preview the track to verify what song is what.
Then it keeps coming up one track short, every damn time! And it's always a different track. So then when I go to upload just that track, forget about it, I just end up staring at a page that says 100% uploaded for a couple hours until I just get tired of waiting on it and close the damn page.
Several serious issues here and it has been this way since I joined reverb over a year ago, I am just fed up now. It is time for reverb to use a different program, I think we have all been waiting long enough for these "technical issues" to get straightened out. IT DOESN'T WORK. -
