Cannot order a sample of a t-shirt?
All right, so I've set up my ReverbNation store with some t-shirts. And I clicked to Order a Sample for one of the shirts I made, but absolutely nothing happens. And I've tried ordering a sample in 3 different web browsers on my Mac: Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. And It doesn't load anything. I even wait 5 minutes, hoping when I click on the Order a Sample button that SOMETHING will come up, and nothing does. What's the deal? All I want to do is order a sample of one of my shirts so I can see what it looks like before I put it up for potential fans to buy. But the site isn't even loading anything.

sorry for the trouble! I am unable to replicate your issue at this point. I tried on Firefox, Chrome and Safari on a mac. Can you please let me know what browser and version of that browser you are using?
What OS are you using? Have you tried other machines?

Weird that it worked just fine on yours but it has yet to work on mine. :(
All right, I'm running Max OS X 10.6.8 and Safari 5.1.7, the latest version. When I tried it in Chrome, I saw I'm running version 21.0.1180.89, and my version of Mozilla is 7.0.1. I keep my computer and my browsers updated at all times, so I'm not sure why it's not working. I have windows open in all those browsers on the page to order a sample, and nothing is loading.-
Hmm. I am not seeing any issues on Safari 5.1.5, nor on Chrome, but my firefox is 15.0.1. I might try updating Mozilla.

I just tried my husband's machine to see if it was an issue with my computer with having nothing load up when I click on "Order a Sample," only to have the same thing happen on his. I click on "Order a Sample" and NOTHING happens in my web browser.

Sorry you are still having trouble . I am happy to continue looking into this for you. What browser and version of that browser is on your husband's machine? What type of machine and OS, so that we may look into and test? -

His browser is the same version as what's on my computer. As for his OS, his computer is a Mac OS X 10.8.1. I don't understand why every computer I try it on doesn't work. Everything on my computer is updated as it should be.

Hi Ann,
I agree it is a real quandary, as I am testing out this in the exact same environment without issue. Can you please try updating firefox, as the the latest version you mentioned was 7.0.1.
This leads me to believe it may be a browser issue. Are your browser and Flash up to date with the newest versions? Try updating both of those, clear the cache, and restart the browser.

I updated Flash and even Java (I noticed when I clicked on the Order a Sample button, I saw a Javascript code at the bottom part of the browser) but nothing worked.
Until, however, I clicked to use the Old Control Room. And voila, it now seems to work! But it only works when I use the Old Control Room. If I click on "New Control Room" and try it in the new version, it doesn't even get me to this screen. But it does in the Old Control Room.
At least it seems to work now, even if it's not quite the way I would have hoped!
