Canceling Credit Card Info
I would like all my credit card information removed from the site so that I am not charged at a later date. I have just canceled my free trials, and I did not see an option to remove my information in the "manage premium services" section

If you're referring to your Promote It campaigns you can remove the payment info under
Control Room > My Home > Manage Premium Services > Cancel Campaign
We don't store your information- you simply still have a campaign running that you set up.

We don't keep your card information on file and if you've unsubscribed from the services then we don't have your information anymore- hope this helps!

To unsubscribe from a service you'll want to log in and go to
Control Room > My Home > Manage Premium Services > Unsubscribe

im trying to get rid of the default payment for promoteit ad... credit card is on there and its very easy for anyone to just click renew.. how do i get it off there?? -

You can cancel the renewal if you've set up a renewing campaign under
Control Room > Promote > Promote It > Cancel Renew
I don't currently see any campaigns on your profile set to renew though. You currently have a $25 credit from a canceled campaign as well. -

mike need serious help im trying to cancel promote it and i cant! This is waht it says but i still have views etc running!!
Your campaign is not presently in a state where it can be canceled, either because it has completed or it has already been canceled. -

I see you currently have 1 completed campaign and a draft for a new campaign. The "Promote a Song" campaign is already beyond cancelling as it appears to have finished it's run- is this the campaign you were referring to?

This is exactly why I will never give RN my credit card.
I will never pay anyone money without some contractually delineated good or service being provided to me for my hard earned cash.
If I am doing all the work to create a press kit, what's stopping me from using a free service? -

You're certainly free to go elsewhere! We offer the convenience of managing several different tools from one place. But they likely aren't going to be a perfect fit for everybody.
