Bands In Town sync not working
We have set up and enabled the bands in town feed, however none of the shows are syncing to ReverbNation

Sorry for this issue. I saw that BandsinTown wasn't checked off in your Show Settings. I've checked it so that we will import from them- although you may not see the shows update and pull through for a couple of days or so. If you don't see the shows appear within the next several days let me know and I'll take another look. Thanks!Comment

I've added the bands in town feed for you- though it may take a few days to update and start pulling in shows. I hope this helps!

its been a couple days and the reverbnation tour dates haven't updated yet to bandsintown. What else can I do to help?

The feed looks to be set up and ready to pull in any new information that is added on Bands in Town. I won't feed it in the other direction however, our feed will only pull in information. If Bands in Town pulls from RN then that is something they're doing on their end. Sorry for any confusion!

So only newly added shows will show up on Reverbnation? It won't pull the shows that are already on Bands In Town? I'll message Bands in town as well. Thank you!

Correct- the feed will only take in new information- but if you try "re-saving" shows already up on BIT it should pull that info the next time it updates.
