Band Equity Problem
Hi! Today my band equity went way down and I just noticed that on my band equity page it shows zero listeners so I've capped on everything else - no matter how far I go back it keeps showing 0 listeners (14 days, 30 days etc.) What's really weird is that my listeners show in my stats from yesterday but are completely off on my band equity page. No big deal today but if it stays like that I'm sure I'll start dropping pretty fast so I appreciate any help you can give! Thanks!

Sorry for the trouble regarding Band Equity. There have been some site-wide bugs regarding BES/listeners/caps both yesterday and today that we worked hard on correcting as soon as possible. We believe we now have the issue corrected currently. Please note that issues like this are site-wide and everyone is affected the same. All artists will still receive proper credit for any fans, plays, or stats they gained. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

SAME HERE THATS A BIG PROBLEM ON MY SITE AS WELL TOO , IS MY REVERB SINKED WITH MY FACEBOOK I CAN'T TELL WHEN I GO TO THE SINK OPTION ALL I SEE IS WAIT WHILE REVERB SINKS TO YOUR FACEBOOK AND THE OTHER THINGS AND IT JUST SEAMS TO BE STUCK AND AND KEEPS TURNING BUT NEVER SHOWING SINKED ALSO

Mine is now fixed. If having problems, perhaps sign out and sign back in, if you have "remember me" option clicked. It might help with reset.

Mine keeps wanting me to sign in Even though I'm already signed in... its rediculous to say the lest.

S+*t quickly and fixed? the Sync problem has been here for a few weeks now and I've bit my lip a few times thinking thet'll get it today, or tomorrow... well now I'm just pissed... because it is effecting everything, hits, ranks ect.. Reverb seriously needs to get this all fixed.

I signed in and out, which fixed the caps, but my ranks are still way down and should be up, it would seem. I know you're still working on it, I'll keep checking back

Classic. Dropped a place locally this morning, yet maintained National position in my genre. Despite at least twelve plays I'm aware of only credited with 2 yesterday. Me thinks it's still broke.-

confused, frustrated.
My cap ratings are currently down now to. Just a sudden drop in everything as I've hit 0 in my fans category, plays and listeners section. Hopefully I don't take too big of a hit from this after so much progress and promoting on a day to day basis.

Still broken here. Yesterdays listeners recorded as16 - graph shows zero. BE falling exactly same amount every day regardless of input for 2 weeks. Is the fix rolling out slowly or is it not complete ?

Looks to me that there are a number of problems at the moment. Once again plays from remote sites are completely inaccurate - downwards - listeners still not correlating at all with Google stats plays / site and Blog users. And once again lacking all logic, a bad day had me get a plus Equity score a really active day had me down for a minus.
I accept that things go wrong, I also accept that every now and again collection of the stats may fall out of sych but it's beginning to get as bad as the totally useless Myspace stats that are sent out.-
I'm with you! I am frustrated that I just lost 54,000 MySpace fans because RN insisted upon a band page, as they did with Facebook! Totally crap!

So we are forced again into creating a band page for MySpace! My stats are dropping considerably and I am going under quick. I had over 54,000 fans on MySpace, which I have had that account for many, many years. Similar to the FaceBook band page we were forced to create in order to have ReVerb info on FB. It is unjust that the actual FANS from both MySpace and FaceBook are no longer being used to capture our fan base! We are forced to begin the process all over again and STATS drop considerably. I have several major A&R producers interested in promoting me but with my STATS steadily declining, this may not happen thanks to the new policies of ReVerbnation and being in cohoots with FaceBook and MySpace forcing artists to pay additional prices to increase their fan base. I have a huge fan base on both FaceBook and MySpace and feel that Reverbnation should institute and include both the original FB page and the band page as well as the MySpace page and new band page as well. I know it is very possible to include fans as well as like's, and request this process be instituted for all ARTISTS ON REVERBNATION! WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH OUR NUMBERS and I see no reason why this has not taken place! HOW MUCH DOES AN ARTIST NEED TO PAY TO GET THEIR NUMBERS BACK?
