We would look into why you were not listed. If they needed it re-delivered, we would. If you were straight up rejected from all of the retailers, then yes, we would refund the money. I should also mention that no one who follows our requirements has ever been rejected from every single store to my knowledge.

Sorry you are having trouble. You can also access them for approval in the Control Room -- Home -- Messages area of your page. I do not see any comments awaiting approval there. If you can point me to one, I am happy to test that the approve button works. If you do not want to have to approve, you can set that in Control Room -- Home -- Preferences.

But this thing is that I get the warnings in "MY PROFILE" and I don't get anything in the mailbox... I know this wasn't like this since I've been aproving comments in the mailbox as always. And for example I have now 5 messages warnings in "MY PROFILE" that says: "You have a new fan: Fauz Noir became a fan" "You have a new fan: Surround sound became a fan" "....Keith Morgan..." "...Jonnhy White" .... AND No of these people are in my list of fans sorted by recent of course. Is this what a delay... and the comments when I press Moderate they simple disapeear nowhere to be found againd. Thanks for your reply, I can send you some screen shots to you email if it helps....

You are welcome to forward one of these mails to support(at)reverbnation(dot)com and ask where the fan in there is. Support rep will be happy to look into it for you.

It appears when you sort by A-Z, then you are able to see Fauz Noir, etc in your fans.

That's true even 'do when sorted by "recent" doens't show up.

Sorry that you feel that way. Using the Promote It feature is entirely optional. We offer tons of other free features to promote your music with as well. Additionally, our Promote It campaigns only target the type of fans that you yourself chose. For $25 we showed your ad over 128,000 times. If you are familiar with online advertising, you know that that is a CPM you will not get on any other site, especially not through Facebook advertising. Additionally, those were targeted ads, which are always more expensive, and you got to choose the demographic and target audience for that price. It even attracted 55 people to click the ad, and 11 people to download the song. 17 plays.

Judging by the similar artists you chose, you could have improved the results of your ad by possibly choosing artists more similar to yourself, none of the similar artists you chose seem to have performed well. If you wish to try other bands next time, you can certainly do so. Or if you do not see the value in Promote it campaigns, you are welcome to not run anymore if you so choose.

I lost money through their promotion tools also, what a waste of money. We are hard working artists, we deserve more.

If you put your music on a site and let it sit there, it's unlikely to get viewed much at all. The best way to get listens is to network with Facebook, Myspace, Twitter or any of your favorite social networks. I've also found that listening to your fellow artists is a good way to generate more interest. I think Reverbnation helps you promote it, but they're not going to do all the work for you - especially for free.

You may have noticed that I paid $25 for a promote it campaign. The 'promote it' platform doesn't work, Reverbnation staffers just come back and blame me rather than accept something went wrong or offer any compensation like a further campaign for free. I'm a music industry journalist so will be making it known what service this platform offers - it's a very competitive market and firms acting like this are easily found out.

No one is blaming you, I'm just trying to help explain to you that the ads are targeted based off of the criteria you chose. We showed the ad over 128,000 times. We can't guarantee that people who view the ad click it (though a great amount did) and we can't guarantee that people who click it will like the page. If you have a specific question or reason that you believe the campaign didn't work, feel free to let us know what that is. I went directly to your campaign to make sure it ran correctly, and pulled out a bunch of stats from it.
