Apple App Hasn't Been Submitted

Edit Subject

I love the android app, Thanks. I have had the andoid app live for over a week now. I noticed the Apple application has not moved to the submitted stage. I understand it takes Apple a while to approve it, but It doesn't appear to have moved to the submitted stage (second stage). Was I suppose to do something I missed?

  We are terribly sorry for the delay. There is a publishing bug on Google's developer portal we are unable to submit, publish, or republish any apps. We should have these issues sorted out by next week. Once again I apologize and appreciate your patience and cooperation.
